Google Pixel 10 series wallpapers leak with vivid colours and an unusual new design

Google’s Pixel 10 series is expected to launch in the second half of this year, but that hasn’t stopped a steady stream of leaks, the latest of which appears to showcase the wallpapers set to feature on these upcoming devices. In total, there are twelve wallpapers: four for each model, the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro XL. Notably absent are any wallpapers for the Pixel 10a or Pixel 10 Pro Fold.

As highlighted by 9to5Google, the wallpapers give off a glass-like or colourful lens aesthetic, suggesting this could be the overarching design theme. That said, when I first saw them, my mind oddly jumped to red blood cells – an unintentional resemblance, I’m sure, but perhaps I’m not the only one who thought so.

The theme across these new wallpapers seems centred on transparency and refraction, possibly inspired by glass or optical lenses. The base Pixel 10 model is treated to a lively, colourful selection, whereas the Pro variants adopt a more restrained aesthetic, featuring darker shades of black, grey, blue, and green. While all versions may ultimately be made available across the different models, this continues the ongoing trend of Google reserving more vibrant visuals for its standard devices, while the Pro editions lean towards a more sophisticated, understated look.
