Apple has released the M4-powered MacBook Air, which will replace the M3 models. This time, Apple has introduced four color options: Sky Blue, Silver, Starlight, and Midnight. While its design is almost similar to its predecessor, they have finally changed the mute icon on the keyboard.
The MacBook Air is available in two sizes: 13-inch and 15-inch. This year, the base model with 16GB RAM costs just $999 compared to $1099 from the previous generation. There are several models that vary in specifications, about six in total. Here are the pricing and specifications for each model.

They’ve even increased the RAM for the base model, which is better for AI capabilities. All other specs, such as charging speed, Touch ID, keyboard, remain the same across all models.
However, the new Sky Blue color variant features a wallpaper that matches the device’s color, making it the only new wallpaper in the 2025 MacBook Air.
